Title:Property buying in the UK

Location:Anywhere

Job Description

I am looking for 1200 words on buying property (I do not want any infomation about the process of buying property only want types of property there are). The piece is aimed at a novice and should be written in an informal style, one on one. I want to cover types of property (houses, flats, building plots..etc.) and give a small explanation of each and the different attributes they have. Please give advice on what to look for and what to avoid. You must explain the difference between freehold and leasehold covering head leases, sub leases, ground rents...etc. I need this within 7 days.
The max. budget for this project is £100.

When you say UK do you mean England and Wales? I\'m just asking because Scotland and Northern Island work on a different system which is relavent when explaning various types of land rents and holds on property.

Dear John,

1200 words to cover a min. 6 headings from what I can see? Seems that this would be sketchy.

Also please appreciate that the fee proposed is not really going to produce much in the way of researched copy.
