Title:Property Web & Email campaign

Location:Anywhere

Job Description

Project Description

Background
- I am developing a website whose objective is to find people in the UK motivated to sell their properties.
- The campaign revolves around a 1 page site (sqeeze page), whose sole objective is to persuade people to fill out a form.
- When they fill out the form, they will receive 9 emails, 1 every 4 days, starting immediately and then 1 every 4 days for the next 32 days. These emails will each cover one strategy or option available to the customer to help them with their property-related situation or problem.
- These emails comprise a stick campaign, the purpose being to keep close to the customer and build/maintain a relationship with them and keep them feeling good about the relationship.

What I need or require:

Objective

- Your task is to research and write the 9 emails.
- On average 400-500 words each. I will take advice on this as longer may be better. Some will have more content than others. This is OK.

Topics are:

Property Problem-Solving Strategies.

- SELL YOUR HOUSE THROUGH ESTATE AGENTS
- SELL YOUR HOUSE PRIVATELY
- ASSISTED SALE OF YOUR HOUSE
- RENT YOUR HOUSE PRIVATE/SOCIAL/MULTI-LET/RENT A ROOM
- SELL YOUR HOUSE BMV
- SELLER-FINANCE /PART-NOW-PART-LATER
- LEASE OPTION FOR YOUR HOUSE
- SELL AND RENT BACK
- SUMMARY

Detailed requirements are provided in the attachment.
What I already have versus what the provider will deliver:

- The document attached gives outlines or each strategy, with some possible text and websites where further information can be found.
- If the writer needs further information or needs me to elaborate on anything that is OK.
- If my requirement is unclear please refer back to me and I will clarify.

Other context/requirements that providers will need to know:

Specific expertise/background that I am seeking:
- Good knowledge of UK property market, preferably with an investor's perspective and in particular with a knowledge of creative finance strategies, but also with knowledge generally about how properties are bought and sold in the UK
- Please send extracts/samples of any similar work you have undertaken

Timeframe for delivery:
- 1 Week preferably

Tone:
Note that customers will often be under stress by their situation, and looking for practical, independent advice. We are simply presenting the facts -not attempting to persuade. They will weigh up their situation and make their own choices.
- Informative
- Straight talking
- Authoritative

Some of the techniques are novel and not commonly known. Write them up in a way that makes them seem commonplace and not unusual, but clearly explained.
