Property Lettings Website Required

We require a website where we can list properties to let. Therefore we must be able to upload new listings in a 'standard' template that includes images, videos, descriptions. Users should then be able to search listings according to rooms, locations etc. Identity/ logo and Paypal function required. We wish to avoid a custom CMS but can be flexible. Examples of types of website including look and feel can be provided on request.
