Proofing an report document

Sue (our data inputter) will be inputting the final open enders into the PowerPoint . We require the proofing to be conducted next Friday / weekend as we need to do final checking / summary / conclusions and recommendations in the office next week.


During the proofing we need to following checked against the slides in the report:

· Tables for pre and post

· Analysis sheets which have been created from the excel extract. Can you check you agree with the analysis open enders?

If you find an error or do not agree with the analysis from excel extract, please put a red circle on the relevant slide with a note.

Please also check for typos / spelling in the report. You can just change these yourself on the slide. However, please note in a red circle amendments you have made.


I hope this sounds ok. We anticipate the proofing will take around 15 hours.
