Proof reader for manuscript

I need someone to proof read a manuscript of approximately 10,000 words. The successful applicant will be an experienced proof reader and will have an excellent eye for spelling and grammatical error.
I need someone to start on this project straight away and to be able to deliver quality results quickly. When applying please give details of your previous proof reading experience.
The manuscript is about medieval cookery, the applicant is not expected to know the spellings for medieval cookery terms and dishes, so they are to take it that the given spellings for these words are correct and concentrate on the spelling and punctuation of the modern English.
