Project Management e-learning developer

We are looking for someone to help us with a number of project to develop project management e-learning courses. We currently have a number of modules developed in Articulate rapid development tool which we would like to re-fresh and review. In total the e-learning is in seven modules of between 40 minutes to 50 minutes each.

In the longer term we would like to develop more integrated learning paths using our learning management system joomla lms. This is very power but we only part of it\'s capability.

We also have a future project to develop a new suit of PMI PMP training in Articulate this will total 37 hours.

This project is just to review and amend the existing course of eight modules.We estimate this will take between 5-10 days depending on the speed you work.

This will be a two round of bidding, to bid you must be
1) Experienced in e-learning development and have a portfolio of projects we can demonstrate.
2) Can show us work setting up an LMS.
3) Understand and have Articulate software to the latest version.

Ideal you will also be able to offer:
1) Experience in project management (APM and PMI)
2) Voice over capabilities.

We will draw up a short list and ask the final three to review the existing package before they have a chance to revise their bid.

We are based in Reading in the UK and would prefer a local provider, but would not exclude remote / overseas bids at this stage.
