Hi Sam,

I have a lot of experience and skills in coordination and logistics. As I work from Canada, I'd like to know if everything can be done via Internet or by phone? Also, do you already have all necessary contacts and already know what you are looking for in terms of accomodations, ground transportation, etc.

Kind Regards,

Nathalie
