Description
Experience Level: Entry
You will be required to monitor several eBay UK alerts (email) that I will forward to you.
The alerts are essentially notifications every time a selected seller on eBay lists new item for selected categories.
You will need to categorise the email into sensible data where it is presentable and shows information to identify some of the following:
* Which items is the individual seller listing the most
* Amount of times the items have been listed.
* Name, title, price of each item
* Dates the items were listed
* Picture of each item listed (obviously one picture where the same item is listed multiple times)
You will also need to look into completed items for the same selected sellers (with same selected categories) to capture which items have actually sold out of the ones you had capture initially. You will probably need to do this on a daily basis to build a comprehensive picture of how many items are actually selling and how many are just getting relisted over and over again.
Our objective: To help you understand why the above is required. We are doing a study of which items are sold the most in some random pre-picked categories and don’t have the time to manually enter this data in a format where this information is easily available to us. There will also be a mini project to this which will look at which products sell the most in some pre-selected categories in ebay.co.uk You will be paid per hour for this job and hopefully will go on to doing other admin related jobs for us in future if you perform well for this one.
Please insert 'I have read it all' at the start of your message so I know you have taken the time to read the actual requirement.
Total number of sellers will be around 25 – 30.
Total number of categories will be around: 10 – 15
Note: This job is looking at ONLY and ONLY eBay UK so clearly you will need to have a eBay UK id.
