Private iPad Application

I'm looking for a private iPad application that I can run on locally on about 10 machines. This I guess will be using xcode ad hoc distribution and not submitted to the store. It is a simple app which will display 4 images on the first screen, touching these will lead to another screen with four more buttons, touching one of these will then take you to a final screen, where an audio track will be played and there will be some visual graphics.
