We are a new company in search of someone to create two legally binding contracts for us. Our company specialises in the creation and distribution of free marketing brochures for wedding related businesses.

We generate revenue from advertisements that are placed within these brochures offsetting production and print costs.

The first document we need created is a print media-advertising contract. I have an example contract that I am looking to replicate with minor changes. Obviously I have no legal experience and that is why I am posting the project. The sample contract is attached. I want to change the contract terms on the sample from a two-year contract to a one year contract.

The second contract needed is for the venue. It will be an agreement where by we produce a brochure for them for free but in doing so they agree for us to work on behalf of their company when selling ad space. It will also state that if the ad space is not sold within 12 weeks the contract is cancelled and we have no further responsibility.

Obviously there are more clauses I need to consider but I do not have the legal knowledge. Therefore I am looking for a bidder with relevant experience in creating legal media related contracts.

I will happily communicate with the winning bidder so that the project pushes forward with no misunderstandings.

I do not know why the attached files have vanished. I have asked people per hour to re-post them for me because I very much feel they are important for bidders to understand the project. They should be re-posted soon.

The sample contract is a contract I signed for a service through my other company. I had a dispute with the company and had a solicitor check the contract and it was perfectly legal, therefore I had to end my dispute. Please understand that the amendment will only be a 10 minute task if that. There's no hard work involved, it will just be re-phrasing a clause.

Please bid competitively as I could also purchase the other contract as a generic template off the self for next to nothing if I had to. I do not want to but it's a option I have.
