Title:Print Advertising Terms & Conditions

I am looking for someone to draft terms and conditions for the sale of print advertising. These terms need to be legally binding and dissuade clients from making late payments on their accounts.
The terms would be drafted for a publishing company and therefore will need to include common clauses suitable for such an industry sector. I have a list of key clauses that are relevant to our business and these will need to be re-written in the legal form. There will be many general clauses that I have not listed but will still apply and need to be included, that’s why I am looking for someone with the relevant experience and knowledge to create such a document.
I will work closely with the winning bidder to tailor the document to our needs. The terms will need to be printed on our rate card, invoice, credit agreement and booking form and therefore the terms may alter slightly on each document. Each document will need to compliment the other and legally bind the clients into a contract.
I am hoping for a completion date of Friday 28th October if possible.
