Title:Prepare and file company accounts

I run a small Internet Retail business that has just finished its second year. I need assistance with the preparation of the full year accounts, the filing of the accounts online, and the preparation and filing of the Corporation tax return.
My business is run using Microsoft Office Accounting Pro and the freelancer must be able to receive and process the \"Accountants View\" file that is generated by this software.
All bank accounts are reconciled to the accounting software and there is no paperwork to process (unless there is some requirement I was not aware of).
The freelancer should be able to convince me that they have filed accounts and tax returns before and can take this scary task off my hands.
The business is based in Suffolk, so ideally the freelancer would be in that County.
