Title:PowerPoint to look good
Location:Anywhere
Job Description
I have an 18-page PowerPoint presentation that needs proper formatting to make it look good.
Also to introduce a suggestion of branding (I have a logo and "look" already per our website) and copyright info per page.
It doesn't want over designing. Just a simple and professional presentation of the content I have already.
I have a bitmap of the logo that might be useful, and a spotty background graphic.
The screen in the presentation room is small and high up, so text needs to be clear and large.
I reckon it should be no more than a two-hour job.
I need delivery on Tuesday 29 April for room set up on 30 April and the workshop on 1 May.
Thanks, Cally Robson

C. R. on 24/04/2008 10:19Hi Helen
Thanks for accepting the project.
Some things that might help:
* Timings. I'm at my desk today until about 4pm, then tomorrow fly to Portugal til late Monday night. So if we can make sure you have everything you need for the job today, you can fit it in over the next few days. Or delivery itself today would be fab too.
* Logos to work with. I think the ppt and the spotty gif got posted (are you supposed to pick them up from peopleperhour??), but the bitmap of the Invention Intelligence logo was too large to get uploaded. There's a logo in the ppt at the mo, but do let me know if you'd like me to email the bitmap to you.
* Look and feel. Do look at the website www.InventionIntelligence.com to pick up the look and feel. Simple is best.
Have i missed anything? I'll check the board regularly here and drop you a hello email to your email address just in case that helps.
Kind regards, Cally
Here are some practical tips on staying safe
- Never pay any money to Clients and or provide sensitive details like your Bank information, Credit Card or Passwords
- Never accept a Job if you have been directed away from PeoplePerHour to another website
- Be cautious when providing your personal contact details (email, telephone number, instant message ID etc) before your Bid is accepted
- If you have been asked to send samples, put a watermark on them or send low resolution examples to avoid being exposed and not getting paid
- Don’t start work before your Bid is accepted and your Escrow deposit is made
- Keep your Escrow account topped up and ensure that you use the Private Message Board to track all pertinent details about the Job e.g. timelines, deliverables etc
- Before you supply final works to Clients, ensure you have adequate funds in Escrow
Remember: if something looks too good to be true, it probably is!
