Title:Please check a penny auction script for Bugs and add a few features

We have a protopenny script in development and due to to certian time constraints, I am looking for developer that has prior experience with penny auction or even better has worked on the script before and made some modifications to it.
I am sure there are a few bugs that need fixing without damaging the database.
Here is what we would like done and time is a real issue here:
1. Currently the script is coded to make the bid R1 each or a fixed amount, we want the option in the admin panel to allow us to put whatever value we want.
2. loading can be very slow and the timer seems to sit on waiting (synchronizing) for a bit before appearing, same with the bid button reacting slowly.
3. I need an option to put a reserve price on the auctions and then build a new auction version (reverse auctions).
4. Upgrade the script to make it a perfectly running site without any bugs in it and enhance the look of the site, we can provide sameple layouts of the website of what we need. (real simple stuff).
5. changes to the way password displayed in some pages.
6. remove all copyright of protopenny from our script and any callbacks if possible.
You can see a version running on http://www.gringrin.net, however the script will run eventually on http://www.bidbynet.com
We are looking forward to working long term with any company/individual for future upgrades/improvements if these things are met. This is very much a long term project but needs to go Live fast!
