Party Event Coordinator

Summary: I am keen to find a freelance event coordinator as a matter of urgency for a 30th Party weekend at a Château in Limoges, France.

The role: Requires one day's coordination and planning on the 31st August (this can be done remotely, but will ideally be a day's meeting face to face in London), followed by spending 3 days at the event (Limoges, France) from the 8-11th September to keep everything together and make it all work, so that I can enjoy the event instead of running around myself! The caterers, etc are all booked, but the event needs a coordinator.

Info: Transport and accommodation (in a stunning private room in a French Château) will all be provided.

The person: The right person will be fun, likeable and generally a lovely person to work with, and someone who installs trust and confidence that they are able to make the whole thing work, so that i can stop stressing out.
