Job Description

I am looking for a part time PA to help me get and stay organised. I am the Chairman of a small group of companies and have some new projects/investments this year. The companies are involved in fashion and technology.

I need a PA for two afternoons/week minimum to help me with my business and personal administration and, even more importantly, to help with tidying, sorting my office before refurbishing it. Discretion and confidentiality are vital as well an ability to work independently.

My office is in Soho, just off Carnaby Street, W1

Hi....I see you have a restriction on who can bid for this position, therefore I thought I would send you a message to see if you would like to invite me to put a bid.
I currently work partime for a Bupa Care home as a Deputy Manager / Financial Administrator, & have done so for 7yrs. The hours I work are flexible & most weeks I can work from home. Therfore I am looking for something to fill the spare hours I have, & something challenging.
I pride myself on organisation, time management, & professionalism.
I can send you my CV if you would like to peruse my skills.
I currently live in Walton on Thames Surrey, which is 20mins by train to Waterloo, or I have my own transport.
I would very much like to hear from you if you would be interested in me helping.
My hourly rate would be between £13 - £15 per hour to take in account my travelling expenses.

Hi John

I have excellent organisational skills and have previously worked as an administrator.

Additionally, having worked as a freelancer I am able to work independently or within a team, furthermore, the various projects and roles I have completed have required both discretion and confidentiality.

I live in Central London (NW) so I am close to Soho, and if required would be able to get there at short notice.

Hi John,

I am very interested in your advertisement and would like to apply for this position. I have gained 8 years experience in IT Systems specific to Fashion Retailers. It covers Consultancy, Account Management, Training and Support. . For 5 years i worked very closely with the Managing Director of an IT software house and often took charge when he was away.
