Job Description
A growing company are looking to recruit a strong Bookkeeper with proven experience with Sage Line 50, and strong administrative skills.
Key duties will include:
You will enjoy a varied role with responsibility for day to day financial operations including; all ledgers, cash reconciliations, VAT, and credit control.
General administration duties will also be required, for example letter writing, sourcing suppliers, liaising with suppliers, placing orders etc.
The Candidate:
The required candidate will have or be currently working in a practice for at least 2-3 years as a proven Bookkeeper. You will be fluent in Sage line 50, Excel and Word. Good communication skills and confidence with client interaction. You will need to be able to work on your own as well as part of a team. Your own transport is a necessity due to its rural location.
We are initially looking for part-time staff this role can be tailored to suit flexible hours dependent on the candidate.

Here are some practical tips on staying safe
- Never pay any money to Clients and or provide sensitive details like your Bank information, Credit Card or Passwords
- Never accept a Job if you have been directed away from PeoplePerHour to another website
- Be cautious when providing your personal contact details (email, telephone number, instant message ID etc) before your Bid is accepted
