I currently have between 200 and 250 calls per week on the books and I am looking to outsource these calls to an experienced, professional telemarketer for at least 3 months.

The majority of the calls are requesting email addresses to send brochures to, so are fairly quick calls. The call sheets for the following will be sent through to you on a Thursday to allow you to plan your week. I am looking for someone who can maintain a call diary and move calls forward as necessary. The call diary will be held online as other members of the team will need to work from it and view it. You can download it as necessary and update daily.

Some clients require email follow up for which an email address will be provided to you.

You will be required to produce call statistics and reports following each session for forwarding to the client. You will need to be able to produce PDF files from office documents.

I am actively seeking more contracts and current clients receive offers to encourage further bookings. I am certainly working with the aim of having telemarketers on hand to undertake these calls.

There are 50 calls which can be undertaken on Thursday the 15th of April as a trial, so early bidding is advised! More than one freelancer may be appointed.

There is an additional 100 calls to be undertaken week commencing the 19th of April which I would also like to place before the end of this listing.

Please base your bid on an hourly rate. The time commitment needed at the moment, and for the next 3 months, is 16 hours per week.
