Title:PSD to WP Theme with some page layout

Job Description

I am a multimedia consultant that is looking to update my existing wordpress theme. With a basic design in PSD I am looking for someone to perform the following tasks.

- Create WP theme from PSD design (not graphic heavy so most elements could be created in css)
- Create some page layouts for five pages (home, about, services, portfolio, gallery)

I am capable of maintaining my own website and I will from time to time want to change colors in the css. Therefore the freelancer will be expected to clearly label css for later use please.

The theme should be compatible with all wp 2.9.1 features.
Plugins that might be used thus far.

As I aim to be advising clients on their own web site needs I am looking to create a long term relationship with a few freelances who I can trust to produce quality work from time to time.
