Our company is sponsoring a financial conference in London in a couple of months. I need to promote our company with leaflets, mailshots etc, to hand out at the conference, and also to be able to use on a daily basis. I am looking for promotional materials to help generate sales leads and postion our company.

I'm Jonathan Harker and run my own Business services company. I would be happy to take on the project for you. I work with a professional graphics designer and I concentrate on the business side of marketing.

My designer would design and print the promotional materials for you. We usually use vistaprint for this depending on the customers wishes.

I would be happy to go down to London to help you with the marketing as I am passionate and caring about all the projects that I deal with.

Hi Abigail

I'd like to be considered for this project as I think I have the ideal marketing skills which dovetail with your current need.

I have a significant amount of experience in events management and have been in your situation many times over my 12 year career in marketing. I'm very experienced in managing the copy, design and development of leaflets which need to elicit and drive through a response from a potential customer. My back ground is in direct marketing and so strong calls to action, incentivisation and a good amount of effort pre-event is key.

I work with a really talented graphic designer who has 12 years experience and we have done a great job on leaflets such as these in the past. One of our current clients has just had his best quarter ever down to a leaflet we developed and which is used as an insert, in direct and mail, by distributors and at events. If you're going to design something it's cost effective to make it multi-functional!

Hi Abigail

Having developed and implemented numerous marketing plans for high profile brands as well as events ranging from 500 people gala dinners to 35,000 people exhibitions I have a strong knowledge of campaign planning and managing the creative and print process.

I have account managed numerous clients and brands and worked closely with key sponsors in developing and writing effective marketing content for a range of creatives from marketing leaflets, brochures, direct mail, web, outdoor media, advertorials and so on.

Furthermore, my Public Relations background has given me excellent written and oral communication skills including copywriting.
