This is the job for CNC. As mentioned, this project is completely private and confidential. No promotion of this project may be made privately or publicly and all dealings with the client account will be done through via myself. Under no circumstances may you ever contact the client or promote the work as your own.

The aim for Month one is to fully clean up, focusing on driving more traffic to the parents' area of the site and make searches more location specific.

Essentially, here is an outline:
Initially, quite a substantial amount of time will be spent on clearing through each account and following the recommendations outlined in our conversation.
Specifically the following;
• Utilising the prospects of geo-targeting to London specific parent related searches, i.e. Kensington, Westminster and St. John’s Wood areas.
• Review of landing pages and relevance to search term.
o Connections must be made to enquiry form, parent login, nanny login and jobs login for conversion tracking.
• Small adjustments need to be made to advert copy.
• As service provision is quite varied, separate campaigns and ad groups for each need to be developed to make them more well specified.
• Develop campaigns with longer tail keywords. These are more specific, will be lower cost and will drive specified traffic to your site.
• To link up Adwords and Analytics.
• Activate location and call extensions. This will ensure that those searching for nannies or carers know that you’re local and are able to contact you directly from the ad.
• Test broad and exact keyword searches in underperforming categories.
• A core focus on parents and driving them to the site. The candidate pool is already sufficient and readily available.

Weekly reporting must be provided on a Monday morning every week detailing; work completed, aim and result. We'll then set up objectives, targets and keywords and budget spend objectives.
