PHP/PostgreSQL Code Modifications on IDX page

1. IDX.PHP:
A-Fix Search Filters/Queries/Search Results so all work properly. 0.5 hours

B-Break-out various data in the INFO column into new individual sortable columns(price, address, status, listing number, etc.). 0.5 hours

C-Replace current 'thumbnail' image fetching with 'thumbnail + full resolution' image fetching. Make sure when an existing MLS Listing is refetched, the full resolution images are added correctly. Fix residual image problem where a listing is displaying images belonging to another listing. 3.0 hours

D-Configure DMP so it fetches ALL MLS IDX records. On remote FlexMLS site in IDX Manager, will likely need to create/save a search that accounts for all listings(active/inactive/otherwise). Make sure all possible data columns from IDX are being saved to DMP 3.0 hours

E-Track STATUS changes (ACTIVE / INACTIVE / CANCELLED / EXPIRED / WITHDRAWN / PENDING / SOLD / etc.), and PRICE changes, etc., and store/display STATUS history. 3.0 hours

F-Go over the EXPORT(CSV/XLS) and make sure all IDX columns are being exported using their same db table column names. Do not export the serial/obj serial data columns. Include a column that contains http:// links to all the full resolution images on the web server. In addition to the existing CSV/XLS, Add a JSON export option using the following 2 formats:
