PHP programming

The job is not urgent but the costing is. If you need anything else please contact me asap.

1. Our client wants the urls on their website to be optiimized automatically for example, and note that this is a dummy site address:
instead of http://mywebsite.com/index.php?page=articles&cat=4
they would have http://mywebsite.com/health/

2. It is currently impossible to add articles with longer URLs.
this needs to be fixed.

The full web address, logins and passwords can be supplied, once costs are agreed.
