PHP fix

to fix a broken php script that was working before a server move.

The script:

first page) a visitor enters email address and first name.
second page) they answer a few questions about thier website requirements by way of checkbox
Third page) enter domain in whois
Fourth page) displays results taken from MySQL database and an email is sent automtically containg results.

I am not sure what the problem is but I think information is not being passed from one procces to an other.
