PHP Imagick - image manipulation class required

We are looking for a PHP coder who has a good understanding of the PHP Imagick wrapper. You will need to build a simple class that can call in the imagick functions in order to build up an image from a series of layers and apply effects. Full details of the types of layers and effects required are supplied in the attached specification.

The right person will be accurate when working to a specification and good at finishing projects on time rather than preferring to be too creative and coming up with new ideas. Whilst this is initially a small, one-off job, we will provide a lot more work for the right candidate.

Preferably, you will have previous experience working with imagick, but otherwise, please provide examples of previous PHP work.
