CSR doesn't (un)escape strings properly

Comments:
If there's an apostrophe or slash somewhere in the extension name, it will be doubled on every save. It accumulates - example:
2433 233 - stan testing - don\\\\\\\'t touch ;)
The VoIP CP has magic_quotes enabled, but various places also escape explicitly. Until we have a proper framework in place there is function _REQUEST('key') which works like $_REQUEST['key'] but unescapes if necessary, i.e. if magic_quotes is turned on. So we can use that in the mean time.
