Hello. I am a church organist and freelance musician. My wife is a singer and teacher. Between us, we run a teaching practice, three choirs, sales of CDs, a busy concert diary and a 1 year old daughter. There is also a semi-dormant bespoke glass furniture business which I would eventually like to bring back to life.

I need someone to help me manage the areas of work which are currently failing, specifically -

1) Researching, contacting, selling, delivering and invoicing in the field of classical organ CDs. Customers include major online and high street retailers and cathedral gift stores. This area is practically dormant and will be more-or-less starting from scratch.

2) Assistance with researching and contacting appropriate schools in the catchment area of our choirs, setting up meetings and arranging for us to go and lead assemblies and other choir recruitment activities.

3) Maintenance of existing websites with correct information.

4) If there are local applicants, or someone is willing to travel for perhaps one day a month, there are numerous other tasks which are falling by the wayside from which we need rescuing!

In response to questions received, we are based at Romsey, between Salisbury and Southampton; and we are probably looking for no more than 8-10 hours per week.
