PA, Virtual Assistant

I need a personal assistant. I am MD to a group of companies and I need more hours in the day. Suitable candidate would be able able to help me out with around 10 hours per week initially increasing to 40hrs. The things I need help with include research, copywriting (or finding a good one), planning, organising my schedule, help with presentations, finding profesionals that can help with specific tasks. One of the first tasks I have is to put together a telesales team for one of my companies that are in the debt management areana. No this can be a virtual team, an offshore company or a number of individuals.
