Title:Online media monitoring research

PR agent needs to track a client's media coverage in their EMEA (Europe inc UK, Middle East & Africa) trade publications, blogs & press release news distribution channels (online news wires, online press release depositories etc)..
I've tried various media monitoring services, but none cover this particular trade sector in depth.
Many of the publications are online.
I've set up Google news alerts but that's missing things as it just tracks major press and we've not been targeting that type of media with press releases.
The idea is to collect up all the media mentions blog and press release mentions you find on the clients (there's 3 companies in the group), excluding the US & Canadian mentions their own PR people are generating from their N American HQ. They use different trade names for their products in the US & Canada, so it's fairly easy to distinguish the EMEA from the American coverage.
Then make them up into a Word doc or folder of docs for onward transmission to the client.
We'll also need an analysis report - a half page table listing the coverage & source & date plus equivalent ad spends and ROI (the equivalent ad spend x3) . I can supply some of those equivalent ad spend figs and an estimate for the rest.
They have good relations with most of the trade press so there should be no problem about gaining permissions to copy published articles for internal reference by the source of the story.
They're clocking up 20-30 mentions a month .
The more you find, the better I look!
Needs to be done once a month from 15th October to 14th November and thereafter. It took me 2-3 hours to find and save the last 2 months worth of cuttings and i still have to make up the analysis sheet.
