Job Description

We need a complete HIPAA 4010A and 5010 electronic claims web application using a SQL database as the data source. HIPAA error checking along with conventional data and programming conventions must be followed. The application must be web based, but use data on the user\'s local computer. The SQL database has already been developed and pre-populated with data. A browser based interface with login and user validation must be programmed along with a simple interface for the user. The resulting text file must then be deposited onto the user\'s local computer. All supporting documentation will be available along with VBA 4010A code.
