Title:Ongoing Web Developer Required

Location:Anywhere

Job Description

A very, very easy job that will be ongoing for someone if they want it to be. This job won\'t take long, but there is lots of work, so it will last some time!

We\'re looking for very, very basic IT support. We have a website hosting reseller type account and require the following:

Someone to set-up the web hosting (within our account) for our small business clients. We would give you the log in details so you can do the work. Basically the clients require simple Wordpress sites or blogs and we require someone to do the technical bit with their URL etc. and upload the website zip files for us. If you are able to make minor changes to files (subject to our layouts then all the better -things like small colour changes and so on). We would obviously also require you to create the wp-admin log eg: www.xyz.com/wp-admin

We may require some other changes and IT work along the way, so we\'re looking for someone who can get started virtually today (although we can wait until Monday) as we have a project that needs to be done, with another two next week and another one to follow that.

So, if you can start straight away, we\'d love to hear from you.

This isn\'t going to make you mega rich, but you will get further work - guaranteed if you\'re good with IT.

Please state your experience, your hourly rate and any examples of your work that you feel like sharing.

Hi S W,

Can you explain why you have posted 16 jobs and only awarded 3?

It's just that if I place a bid I will use a 'bidding credit', and I wouldn't want to waste one, they cost money. :-)

Thanks,

Dave

Hi Dave

Yes.

I post job requests on here, but due to time demands and the fact that I need to get things done quickly, I do offer work through my network of contacts as well. At the end of the day I need work finished quickly, especially if I have deadlines.

Sometimes work is put on hold or the client even changes their mind or wants something else - or I want something else. I'm afraid when this happens the job either gets put on hold or it gets cancelled.

I do understand how the bidding system works as I use it myself and I have personally bid on well over 150 jobs myself so I understand your question but do hope this answers it.

Many thanks
