New gallery styled website required

Hi All,

Am looking for a very competent web developer who can quickly knock-out a well coded gallery styled website. The artwork and layout has already been designed as per attachment\'s, there is also a requirement for a user friendly CMS preferably Joomla to facilitate the uploading of photo\'s & editing content.

The site needs to be well designed, fully functional, tested on all browser\'s and user friendly.
