Want a new e commerce site building, for retail sale of electronic cigarettes.
The winning bid wont be from the cheapest bidder, but the bidder who can demonstrate that they have built good looking and well functioning e commerce sites before. Not sure which cart to use, and the cart will be what the whole project hangs on we suspect. Advise welcome on this too.
