Job Description

Hello I'm a property developer that lives in the east midlands.

I'm looking for a new project to start and i need someone to CALL all the estate agents in Nottingham (yellow pages or online source) and ask them if they have any properties that require redevelopment / renovation - priced between 60,000 to £500,000

I will consider fire damaged, repossessed, water damaged, derelict, empty shells, renovation, (you should use these words when you make the calls)

I would require you to give them my email address and ask them to forward a list of suitable properties and for them to take my mobile phone number and ask them to keep me on record if any thing came in to them over the next 4-6 months.

You also will be required to input all calls in to a excel spread sheet showing
the estate agents company name, their number , the name of the person you spoke to , quick description of your conversation, and if they are going to send you further details ( so we can check they have at a later time)

I am looking to start this project asap.

Here are some practical tips on staying safe
