Title:Need help installing and configuring RequestTRacker SLA extenstion

Job Description

I have successfully installed RT (request Tracker) under ubuntu linux.
I now need to install RT::Extension::SLA but am having trouble with perl paths.
I\'m sure it\'s almost there but need someone more experienced with perl.

Here is what im trying to install
http://search.cpan.org/dist/RT-Extension-SLA/lib/RT/Extension/SLA.pm

and here is a typical error I get...

This is a remote job and wont take very long at all if you know perl/linux
Its only a helpdesk for me to track my own work so low bids only please.

Will need to know what was wrong and how you fixed the problem and then set up the SLA as per documentation.
