Title:Need Joomla Expert to Partner with us

Location:Anywhere

Job Description

Hello there.

I own a small family run web development and design / web hosting company. We have grown exponentially in our small time of independence. We have over 10 years worth of web development skills in house but we need a Joomla expert to partner up with.

Initially we need help constructing a Fully Integrated booking system within Joomla for a Holiday Property site. The system must not duplicate bookings and must accept payments via PayPal and have the option of paying by cheque. It must also have a pop out calendar for selecting dates and a module we can place on the left hand of the site across all pages. This module will be a quick booking form. We are already using extensions called iProperty to display the properties. So if we could integrate with this then all the better.

Although the budget for this project is really low, (we are a start up) there will be a huge amount of work for the accepted bidder. We have more projects than we can handle at the moment and are very excited about the prospect of partnering up with another Joomla expert.

So if you create a fantastic product with us, and prove to be an asset then we will be looking at giving you in the region of £250 - £500 a month worth of work. And this is just to start with.

So please get in touch as we need this project done ASAP.

Please make sure bids are full and complete and will explain how you will create this system. Also we will need examples of your work so far.

We are happy using anything open source, and are interested in your opinions.

Michael

I've spent over 10 years in the IT industry and have full microsoft programming quakifications.

What makes you think I'd like to work for less than minimum wages on a php project????

Before you clog up peoples inboxes with bid invites, perhaps you would like to check out their profiles first. I didnt spend 10 years working on suitably budgeted projects in the city to scivy around for jokers like you!

Personally I would pay any of my staff the meagre and quite frankly insulting rates you are suggesting here.

Hi Michael,

Thanks for the project invitation.
I am interested to work with you. But your budget doesn't go with project description. Lets have a discussion first, then I'll bid on your project.

Let me know your thoughts.

Cheers,
Pammi

Hi Michael,

I am a Joomla expert with many years of experience, I have recently completed a website for a tour company with a easy to use and simple booking process, I already have this module and I can integrate this into iProperty. As I have done this before and know both components well, I can deliver this project within your budget. I will send you my bid later today.

I will also be willing to work through the xmas period.

Thanks,
Hitesh Parmar

Hello

This message is to Ben. Firstly if you do not wish to bid for a project then do not bid. There is no need to post an attack on me for inviting you to bid. £250.00 is NOT below min wage if you have already developement such a product and all you have to to is copy and paste it over to me and show me how to use it. I also mention that I am more than happy to use Open Source, so that would mean if you know of an existing solution you could supply it and make some money. This process would take less than 2 hours, and last time I checked the mim wage wasn't £100 per hour. I am also not a joker I am running a startup in a time of recession. So if things are going well for you fantastic, but I don't think it is good business practice to go around slaging other people who are just starting up a business. I already have plenty of fantastic bids from people who CAN do the work for the require amount. So why don't you get off you high horse and cut people some slack. I have noticed you insulting other Buyers on People Per Hour, so when we do get the project that would fit your pay scheme then I will certainly not be using you. Bad attitude is remembered, and yours is terrible!!!

Hi Pammi

The project amount is unfortunately all we can afford for this project as we are a startup and I understand it is lower than expected. There are solutions out there that already exist that do this and they are within our budget, I was just hoping to maybe find someone who has made this already. I understand that designing this from scrath would not work with this type of Budget. But I have tried to offset this with the promise of more work. And this is not an ideal promise.

Kind regards

Michael

Hitesh

This is the kind of thing we are looking for. Fantastic. I would forward to your bid.

Kind regards

Thanks for the invite Michael, but the budget is low.

I think Hitesh has the solution you looking for, hopefully :)

Since we have to develop it from scratch the costing will be significantly higher.

Warm regards,
Roger
