MySQL Basic Cosmetic Development

Many months ago, we recruited the services of a freelancer on PPH, he created a MySQL Database for us to feed a small number of staff members with some data for them to telephone.

The basic database has the ability to do little more than display the next random record for an agent to call. There are other administrative aspects to the system, but they shouldn't be relevant to this.

What I am after, are two aspects of development - as the previous developer is no longer in contact with us.

1) A cosmetic change - an alteration to the text that agents see - a very small job I imagine.

2) Our agents use a PC based voip system, so the ability for the agents to click a button next to a displayed phone number, and the displayed number to be copied to the users keyboard (allowing them to paste the number into the voip interfact) - would be a useful tweak.

3) Our agents are able to lookup previous records by record URN/Unique ID. However, when people call the agents back, all we are able to see is the phone number they are calling from. So I would like our agents/staff to be able to retrieve a record by phone number too.

I'm anticipating this should be a few quick fixes and I'd like to obtain bids right away. The successful bidder will be used ongoing as our first point of contact for all MySQL development including a whole new system planned for the summer of 2012.
