Title:Moving into another Industry

Location:Anywhere

Job Description

We have been providing an outsourced service to the construction industry for some 10 years, basically managing their training and development and Government Grant claims. We have identified that this service can be of benefit to the Care sector and want to move into it. We have a database of some 1500 names and want to run a pilot telesales project.

We only want an average of around 2 appointments a week but it will need someone who knows how to get around the 'Rotweiler', as we really only want to speak with MD/CEO or FDs. Someone with a knowledge of the care industry or training, might have an advantage.

We would suggest that a pilot lasts 10 weeks and then we will review the situation. So what we need is someone who will be able to price this on getting a minimum of 20 qualified appointments in the 10 weeks. We do realize that achieving this might take more than 20 phone calls but, realistically, we have no idea of the numbers but if you think that you can do one appointment an hour and charge this way, it wil be more attractive than if you only get one every other day!.

I suppose what we really want is a good telesales person who will treat this as a challenge that could result in on-going business and can act as if they were running a big telesales company but not charging the £145 a day that some do! We are a friendly, flexible bunch and so if you want clarifiaction or want to make suggestions as to how to run it, then be my guest.

Thanks.
