Title:Moving a Wordpress website to a new domain

Location:Anywhere

Job Description

Hi,

I have a wordress website (using a theme from themesforest.net) on a personal domain name. I would like to have the website moved over to a different domain & hosting whilst retaining the blog content and dates as well as the other pages. There might also be some small css tweaks that need doing to make it consistent with the new site (e.g. currently all meta titles end with my name, but they would need to end with the name of the new domian name). I would take care of updating any of the pages body content to make this content consistent with the new domain. There are only approx 9 blog posts and about the same number of standard pages.

While you are doing this, I would also need my new domain moved to new hosting I have with 1and1.

Obviously all content, formatting, functionality and design etc would need to be retained from old domain to new.

I hope that\'s enough information to quote with, but please ask any questions if not.

Many thanks

Andy

Do you have any extensions installed? I.e. image galleries? custom fields?

Andy,

I would not use 1 and 1 for hosting, there are better and cheaper options.
