Title:Move websites from one host to another
Location:Anywhere
Hi,
I need several websites moving over to one hosting account (with 1and1 linux hosting). Here's a summary of what I need:
- 1 wordpress website/database etc moved from a third party host to the 1and1 hosting account (this site had previously been hosted on 1and1).
- 4 separate 1and1 hosting packages consolidated into 1 package. This means moving over the domains, websites and email accounts I have within three 1and1 accounts into the fourth (once done, I will then be able to close the three accounts with 1and1). In the 3 accounts I have about 6 websites (some wordpress and some basic HTML). I also have up to 20 domains and several email accounts – all will need to be moved over without any problems/loss of data etc.
I will need someone who knows 1and1 hosting and also knows wordpress/MySql etc very well in order to make the move error-free. The sites will also need to be backed up beforehand so nothing is lost in case there is a problem during the move over.
NB. I know some will say that 1and1 is not the best host, but having tried other hosts and had problems, I’m sticking with 1and1 as I’ve never had a problem with them.
Any questions, please let me know...
