Motion Sensor with LED

We have patent a board game, however we are looking for an individual or a company to create a prototype of our product. We are looking for a series of 8 motion sensors that are linked to light and audio indicators (see diagram attached for detailed information). This should be a quick build that is vary basic. Who ever wins our bid will be contracted with us for mass production, good luck.

UPDATE NOTE: This build will need to be run on a lithium battery. No outlet will be required...the unit itself will need to be roughly the size of an iphone or close...the sensors will need to be the size of a US penny or you thumbnail..The sensors will need to be plugged (RCA type plugins) in and not fixed for easy removal.
