Modify existing website - some design tweaks plus modifications to the existing (custom) CMS.

My site needs some tweaking.

Essentially - it needs to look and function almost exactly like my other site, www.cad-blocks.co.uk - the only notable difference will be that cad-steel.co.uk will use 210x210 thumbnail images.

Changes will be required to the CMS system - these include the addition of a custom script which will allow the upload of multiple downloads in one single operation ; I need to be able to change the url of the advert (via CMS). There is an option to upload a "premium download" in the CMS system - this needs to be removed. A "user management" function needs to be added to the CMS system to manage subscribers - see below.

The site will become a 'pay' site - which it is not currently. Users will pay an annual fee and become subscribers - the website will integrate with a paypal business account and, via CMS, will offer data about subscribers (paid/unpaid) with options to edit / dhttps://www.peopleperhour.com/post_req1.php#page2elete user accounts.

The successful freelancer will have full access to the hosting control panel.
