Thanks for your question. Actually the shops are dive centers. So you will be in contact either with the secretary or the boss to ask question like :
how many staff you have, your prices, number of certifications per year etc etc. We absolutelyu dont know if those guy will cooperate or not. But we will send first an email to explain to them our strategy and cost free for them. So if they are reluctant then we cannot force them. However with a good approach I personally never encountered problem for them to answer. It is only a matter of timing, sometimes it is not the good time, that's it !
