Clarification Board
T. B. on 22/01/2010 01:59 amHello Paul. As your Board Meetings are day-long events, could you please clarify how you would like them recorded in the Minutes: the decisions only, or the full discussions including all views expressed and reasons for the decisions? (The latter might need more of a shorthandwriter!)
Tony.
N. B. on 22/01/2010 08:04 amHello Paul,
Can you advise on what level of minute taking you require, e.g. votes and decisions only, outline discussion and points raised or full verbatim record? We can cover all three but the later is a lot more expensive. Also can you give an indication of the time frame of your meetings, are they nine to five or do the drift on into the evening? Again this is a cost factor.
P. T. on 22/01/2010 09:54 amHello Nigel. I am looking for votes and decisions plus outline discussion and points raised. Not looking for verbatum
Meeting is 09.30 - 5.30 and next day is 09.00 - 13.00
