Job Description

Interior - Property development management requiring a Senior interior designer (french speaker preferably) on board to take on amazing high end residential projects. You should have a strong background working on high-end private residential projects, You will be in charge of the interior design team therefore you will have complete responsibility managing junior members of staff. and undertake work from inception through to completion. All work must be produced to the highest standards. First projects will include designing the showhome and office space we are launching overseas.

The company is looking for someone very creative, who can think outside of the box. Experience desiging luxurious private home cinemas is a plus. The company developments have emphasis on high tech gadgets within the home so an experience working alongside home technology trade is a plus but not essential.

Excellent freehand sketching skills, technical ability and FF&E knowledge is essential. A professional attitude and good communication skills is required for managing client relationships and working with suppliers and contractors. You must be willing to relocate on contracts for a period of time within the EMEA regions

Skills:

- Business development skill
- High end luxury residential experience
- French speaker
- Experience with Lutron lighting control system a plus but not essential
- Excellent eye for detail is a MUST
- Experience in interior Architecture is a good bonus
- Elegant taste, exceptional organisational and communication skills.
