Microsoft Publisher document layouts

We have two documents created in InDesign that we need recreating In Publisher. We can supply all the elements but it must follow a very strict house style - which we can also supply. Both docs are A3 landscape, single pages. Both are roughly 30 pages each.

This is not an easy ask. Pictures add up to 80Mb and 55Mb respectively.

We're not that price conscious, it's all about the quality on this one.
