Microsoft Dynamics Export

looking for an expert at microsoft dynamics. We are looking to export data which is across three lots of tables. One table has the basic customer info, name, phone, email, the other has contact info, address, city, county, postcode, and the other has notes, ie, previous correspondence. We want someone to be able export all the info and map it on one spreadsheet in excel.
There are 300 records so not a great deal of work. The project is based in peterborough so need somone local who can come in and do the work or someone who can talk us through it remotely. Please feel free to reply with sensible bids.
