Job overview
1. Deliver rank increases to position 1-3 for selected keywords and URLS on google.co.uk (the web)
2. Provide some on page review of URLS
3. Confirm if we should be link building on all keywords or just ones with larger number of impressions as shown on our adwords report

To bid please include this information
1. Fixed price for job including number of expected hours/hourly rate
2. Expected start/end date
3. What types and numbers of links and confirmation of how long links will last
4. Methods that will be used to achieve the link goal
5. Rough estimate of number of links required to hit position 1-3

Notes:
1. These keywords are very low competition and I did a small bit of on page work and jumped on page 1 for many of the keywords.
2. The person must be available to talk to UK time weekdays 7pm-10pm and weekends 10am-5pm.
3. Company/Person must be able to demonstrate they have completed successful link campaigns before or accept a no improvement no fee.
4. This is a test job on one of our destinations, we plan to do much more work so this is a chance for longer term work.
5. Agreed output on relevant dates (I have noticed sometimes PPH jobs move slowly and I want to avoid this and give myself the option to cancel should the freekancer be too slow)
6. No timewasters please


Special Note RE URLS:
These are brand new URLS so will only be indexed by Google in the coming week or two, we recently implemented URL masking to allow us to have better URL structures.
