Job Description

Hi there,
I am setting up a new business and I came across this simple litte programme whilst doing some research.(see link below)
I have an idea to make it available for use from my website directly or as a download. However I want to commission my own version using my logo and colours as well as changing the rate from $ to £ ( I am also very open to any suggestions or other improvements you could suggest)

If this is possible then I have some other ideas which I will need help with too!
Thanks very much for you time.
