K. C. on 13/05/2010 17:14Hi.
We need to know approximate gross floor area and cannot get it from the drawings and there are 4 floors,
Do you need floor plans of all 4 floors?
Also what will the plans be used for is it a refurb?
Reply from Client
S. B. on 15/05/2010 18:44All floors, inc a Roof plan. More than likely a refurb as they will be looking for a fully annotated drawing - door, window, ceiling and beam heights etc.

P. J. on 13/05/2010 21:38Hi Simon
2 questions if I may. Is the property empty? Are there any parking restrictions in Ledbury Road, ie, pay & display, traffic warden etc? Many thanks.
Regards
Paul J

L. J. on 14/05/2010 10:20Hi Simon,
When would be a convenient time for the survey?
Is the property empty?
Do you require a survey of external services?
and when will the drawings be required by?
Thanks,
Les.

S. B. on 15/05/2010 18:39The survey is booked for Thursday 20th May / Friday 21st May and the Building is empty.
No external services are needed, ie covers lifted.
I will be deciding by 5pm Monday 17th May who has the Survey. If you are not successful on this one, please lookout for my Jobs, as I am sure I will be posting again !
